Strip Lash Life-Changer – Lilly Lashes

I was thinking about doing a December Favourites Post but I think what I’m about to show you deserves a post all of it’s own.

Bored on a Sunday and looking through instagram, I discovered Lilly Ghalichi.

Apparently she’s a reality star but I all I care about is her range of 3D Mink Strip Lashes – I’ve not seen a strip lash that can actually be described as having depth and texture and I’m obsessed.

They are crazy long and crazy big but not in the usual tacky Katy Perry-lash way and if you so desire, you can wear them everyday.

Have a look at their instagram –

It’s full of makeup inspo as well but just shows you what the different styles look like on different eye shapes.

I bought them in the style ‘Miami’ because I thought these were the most natural and full looking… I say natural but to be honest they’re still pretty big. They are on the pricey side at around £28.99 but they will last if you look after them because they have a good, strong base band and come in a beautiful sturdy box that is worthy of display.

The only slight problem we have here is that the Lilly Ghalichi online store doesn’t ship to the UK .. but we can get around this – I’ve tried and tested the sites below and actually bought mine from a Lilly Ghalichi eBay store – and they were delivered 2 days after !

They do occasionally go out of stock but they do come back in pretty quickly so bare with them!

The brand also do a line of human hair lashes but to be honest I don’t think these were comparable and even though they’re a lot cheaper, I think it shows in the images and you can probably get an Ardell or Eyelure pair that are much nicer for a cheaper price (On that note, here is the website I use to buy lashes stocked in Boots or Superdrug for a discounted price ).

If you have smaller eyes they might need a bit of a trim – I don’t mean to the length of the lash but to the width – don’t be afraid to cut off a couple of millimetres off the edges of band (even if it means chopping of a few strands of lash) if it makes them more comfortable for you.

Here are some images of the pair I ordered…

I hope you like these and enjoy wearing them through to 2016 and beyond…

and have a fab New Year wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!

P.S. I’m going to be offering these for my clients, so if you fancy trying these out for a special event don’t be afraid to get in touch!
